Question: How do I place an order for wristbands? 
Answer: Click on the ′Order Now′ buttom to place your order online. We will email you an order receipt after your order has been received and accepted. If you have any questions about your wristbands or placing orders, please contact us.

Question: How can I see an artwork proof? 
Answer: If you have a logo, you need to submit it to use first at the ′Message Options′ step, select ′Upload Logo′ and then upload your logo image. Then at the ′Delivery Options′ step, select YES・from the ′Digital Artwork′ option. A $10 artwork fee will automatically be added to your total. We will email the artwork proof back to you the same day. Your order will be put into production after you approve the artwork. If you have problems or questions, please contact us.

Question: What is the minimum order quantity? 
Answer: Our minimum order quantity for custom silicone wristbands is 50.

Question: When will my order be delivered? 
Answer: You can see the delivery time at the ′Delivery Option′ step. We will send you an email to confirm the delivery time after you place your order.

Question: Do you offer rush delivery services? 
Answer: Yes, of course. If you need your wristbands in a hurry, please select the appropriate time & shipping time at the ′Delivery Option′ step.

Question: Do you accept purchase orders? 
Answer: No. All orders must be placed on our website or via Paypal.

Question: Are there extra fees if I place an order from outside the US? 
Answer: We gladly accept international orders. Please contact us to receive a free quote if you are ordering outside of the United States.

Question: Do I have to pay duties or taxes on my order? 
Answer: No duties or taxes are charged when orders are placed from the US. If you are ordering from outside the US, you are responsible for paying any import duties and taxes your country charges.

Question: How can I track my order? 
Answer: We will send you an email with your order number and confirmation of delivery time once your order has been processed. You can visit our ′Track Your Order′ page and use the order# and email address you used when you placed the order so that you can track your package.

Question: What if I have a problem with my order? Who do I contact? 
Answer: In the rare case that there are production or quality problems, we will re-do the order free of charge. If your order is not correct or not of good quality, simply contact us so that we can reprocess your order from scratch.
